Meet Mike Falchiere

Coming from a family with a combined 50+ years of experience in property management, Mike was exposed to the New York real estate market at an extremely early age. Working alongside his family, Mike has gained vast knowledge in rentals, resales, property management, and new development across all five boroughs of the city.

 

Prior to joining Oxford, Mike was at Compass on The LaChance Team. Mike also previously worked in consulting and in sports management, where he negotiated appearances, marketing, and licensing deals for top NBA, NFL, and Olympic athletes. This unique role has given him invaluable experience when dealing with clients and negotiations, and the ability to pay attention to detail.

 

Mike is a native New Yorker who received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a focus in Private Equity and Real Estate, from Quinnipiac University. His ability to think analytically has been a huge plus when clients ask for advice or recommendations, for rental units and investment properties.

 

In his spare time, you can find Mike at the local farmer’s markets or taking a run along the west side highway. He also enjoys vacationing with family at their summer home on Martha’s Vineyard.
